A NexHub plan is priced per plan, not per seat. Growing includes 5 users at AU$39/mo; Business includes 15 users at AU$89/mo. Take a school-holiday hand on, put them on the app, and the price on your card does not move until you outgrow the allowance. Every price on this site is read straight out of the plan file the billing screen uses, so what you read here is what the system charges.
How it works: The plan carries the user allowance. Adding a hand uses the allowance; it does not multiply the bill.
Move one visit without breaking the round
This is what NexHub was architected around. Rain takes out Tuesday: you move Tuesday's visits, and Tuesday next fortnight is still Tuesday. The round itself is not edited, so the pattern cannot quietly drift a day every time the weather does something. Skipping a visit, moving it, or changing just that one job's crew are all exceptions to the series rather than edits to it.
How it works: Each round stores the pattern once. A moved visit is written as a dated exception against that pattern, so the following weeks stay exactly where they were.
Chemical records in APVMA format
Every application records the product, its active constituent, the APVMA number, the rate, the equipment, the applicator and their licence, and the site conditions read at the moment work starts — wind, temperature, humidity and Delta T. It exports as an audit PDF in one tap. To be plain about what this is: NexHub keeps the record in the format the requirements describe. It does not make your business compliant, it does not decide whether conditions are suitable, and the licensed applicator makes every call. That is what our Terms say too.
How it works: The application log has a field for each item the record-keeping requirements ask for, and exports as a PDF audit trail.
Pay for performance, with the award as the floor
If you want to pay a crew member a share of what they produce, NexHub will do it — and it will not let the result land under the Fair Work award minimum for the hours they worked, because the award figure is applied as a floor every time.
How it works: The pay run works out the performance figure and the award minimum for that person's hours, and pays whichever is higher. Pay for performance is switched off until you turn it on, and it needs timesheets and job profitability on as well.
Measure the property, price the quote from it
Draw the lawn, the beds or the hard surface on a satellite map. NexHub keeps the area and perimeter against the property, and the quote is calculated from those numbers and the rates you set. Two different people quoting the same property arrive at the same figure, and re-quoting next season does not start from scratch.
How it works: The saved measurement feeds the pricing engine, so the quote comes off the measurement and your own rate card rather than a guess.
GST-inclusive quoting in whole dollars
The number the customer sees is the number you meant: $180, not $179.87. NexHub rounds the inc-GST amount to a whole dollar and then works the ex-GST figure back from it, in one place, for every price in the product. That is why the total on the quote is the total on the invoice and the total that gets charged.
How it works: One rounding rule runs every price in the system, so the quote, the portal, the invoice, the PDF and the card charge cannot disagree.
Printed QR codes you can re-point later
Print a code on a coaster, a flyer, a sign or the back of the ute. Each placement is its own code, so you can see which one actually produced work, and you can change where any of them points without reprinting a thing.
How it works: The printed code resolves through NexHub, so the destination is a setting rather than something printed into the code.
Who builds it
Built by someone who does this work
NexHub is not a side project sketched from the outside. It is built and run by the owner of a working Australian lawn and garden business, on the jobs that business does. Every screen in it exists because a week of real work needed it to — the recurring round, the moved visit, the chemical record, the quote off a measured lawn, paying a crew fairly. Those are not features someone specified in a meeting. They are the parts of a real week that were going wrong.
It also means you are dealing with the person who writes it. NexHub is new and there are few businesses on it. If something is missing or wrong, email support@nexhub.au and it reaches him.
When NexHub is NOT the right pick.
We'd rather tell you upfront than sell you a plan you'll cancel.
You do reactive trade work at a steady, low job count — they publish a free tier, and their price doesn't rise when you add people.
You need supplier-invoice reconciliation and deep profit-per-job accounting reporting. NexHub doesn't do either.
You want a website add-on bundled with your job software, and you're a one or two-person team.
You've got fewer than 5 recurring customers and no crew. Honestly, you're fine on a spreadsheet for now.
You need a decade of track record and a support desk with shifts. NexHub is new, it is in Early Access, and there are only a handful of businesses on it. That is a fair reason to wait — and the reason nothing is charged and nothing is locked in.
