What does Early Access (Beta) include?+
Every NexHub feature, unlocked, at no cost while we're in beta. When NexHub reaches full release you'll choose a plan to continue — 30 days' notice, and your data stays yours and exportable either way.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. Start on Free or Early Access with just an email address. No card, no lock-in.
Can I switch plans later?+
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing date.
Is GST included in the prices?+
No. Prices are shown in AUD excluding GST — 10% GST is added at checkout for Australian customers.
Do you charge per seat?+
No. Each plan includes its user allowance at a flat monthly price, so adding a hand doesn't blow up the bill.
