Yardbook
Free, ad-supported software for lawn care businesses.
PricingYardbook publishes a free Starter tier and a paid monthly tier, but the figures carry no currency code and there is no Australian pricing page, so we don't quote a price in AUD. Checked 10 September 2026 at yardbook.com/pages/pricing.
Best forLawn care operators who want a capable free tool and don't mind ads.
The honest read on Yardbook
Taken from what they publish themselves — nothing here is hearsay.
Yardbook strengths
- A genuinely free tier, not a trial — their own FAQ says you will always be able to run your business on Yardbook for free.
- Their free tier publishes a wide feature list: customers, jobs and scheduling, estimates, invoices, routing, expenses, reports, lot measurement, employee access, card payments and a product catalog.
- Their support site states they do not restrict how many employees you can create, so headcount does not change the bill.
- Open about their business model: it is ad-supported, which is how the free tier is funded.
What their pricing means for you
- No AUD pricing and no Australian pricing page we could find, as at 10 September 2026.

Why crews switch from Yardbook
4 reasons NexHub wins for outdoor crews.
- 1Built for Australian conditions: APVMA-format chemical records, AU tax invoices, GST-inclusive whole-dollar quoting.
- 2Recurring rounds are the core of the schedule: move one visit and the series stays intact.
- 3Measure a property on the map and quote from the measurement, on your own rate card.
- 4No advertising anywhere in NexHub, on any plan.
