Everything a dispatcher actually needs
Purpose-built for outdoor service work — from a solo operator to a multi-crew team running weekly rounds.
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly and program visits. Skip a visit, move it, or add a one-off — the series stays intact and the next visit lands on the right week.
See every crew's day on one screen. Drag jobs between crews and days, or reschedule from the phone with touch-friendly controls.
Rain wrecks Tuesday? Move the affected jobs to a new day, then send the customers an update — reviewed by the office before it goes out.
Order each day by drive time from your depot so crews spend less of the day in the ute and more of it on the tools.
Assign to a crew or a lead. Field staff see their own day; the office sees the whole board. Roles keep pricing and billing hidden from crew logins.
Booking confirmations, reminders, on-my-way messages and completed-job updates with photos. Automated messages pass through an approval gate before a client sees them, and ETA messaging is an office-controlled option.
Attach a checklist to a service template and it's applied automatically to every job that uses that service — no re-typing the scope.
The crew's day, notes and checklists on a phone-first screen. Actions taken in patchy reception queue on the device and sync when signal returns.
How it works
Move from a spreadsheet round to a live, route-friendly week in an afternoon.
- 1Import your client list
Bring customers across by CSV from a spreadsheet, Tradify, ServiceM8, Jobber or Fergus. Columns are matched for you and duplicates flagged before anything is created.
- 2Set your crews & rules
Add crews, services, week start and your depot. Set your reminder and on-my-way message templates once.
- 3Publish the week
Order each day by drive time. Crews see their schedule on their phone — customers get their reminders without the office chasing.
- 4React to the day
Rain, a sick crew member, a last-minute quote win. Drag it, move the day, reassign it — office, crew and customer stay in sync.
Scheduling FAQ
Can I mix recurring rounds with one-off jobs?+
Yes. Rounds and one-offs live on the same calendar, and reminders work the same way for both.
What happens to a recurring visit if I move it?+
Moving a single visit doesn't shift the whole series — the next visit still lands on its scheduled week. You can also skip a visit, add an extra one, or pause a round without breaking the schedule.
How does a rain day work?+
Move the affected jobs to the new date, then send the customers an update. Automated client messages go through an approval step so the office sees what's being sent before it leaves.
Do crews need internet in the field?+
NexHub runs in the browser and works best online. Job updates made in patchy reception are queued on the device and sync once signal returns. A native app is on the roadmap.
Can I stop crews from seeing customer prices?+
Yes. Roles are granular — field crews see the job, address, site access, checklist and notes, but pricing, quotes and invoices stay in the office.
